Performance highlights
Caledonia Investments at a glance – see how our performance stacks up over time, from NAV to share price and dividends.
NAV performance
Caledonia’s strategy is to deliver long-term performance in excess of the FTSE All-Share. The success of our investment activity is reflected in our net asset value (NAV) per share. The chart below shows return performance over the last ten years and the table below shows annual performance for each of the last five years.
NAV total return over ten years
The success of our investment activity is reflected in our net asset value (NAV) per share. The chart below shows NAV performance over various periods. The investment performance has been strong over the long term, but shorter periods demonstrate that the value of investments can go down as well as up.

Share price performance
Caledonia has generated growth in NAV total return over the longer term – as shown above. This is reflected in a combination of growing annual dividends, occasional special dividend payments and share price performance. Over the longer term, share price growth is significant.
