Verity joined Caledonia in 2025 as Deputy Company Secretary. She was previously Deputy Company Secretary at Ashmore Group plc and has held company secretarial roles at Hammerson plc and Smith & Nephew plc, as well as a policy role at the Chartered Governance Institute.
She is an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute, qualifying as a Chartered Secretary in 2016, and holds a degree in Classics from the University of Oxford.
