Tom joined Caledonia in 2017 and heads up Caledonia Private Capital. He sits on the board of Stonehage Fleming and the Audit Committee of Cobepa. He has also served on the boards of 7iM, Choice Care, Butcombe, Brookshire and Bloom Engineering.
Tom started his career in the management consultancy practice of Coopers & Lybrand and brings over 30 years’ private equity experience to the team having worked at Nova Capital Management, where he was Chief Investment Officer, Baring Private Equity Partners and Morgan Grenfell Private Equity.
