Theo joined Caledonia in 2017 and is a Director in the Private Capital team. He sits on the boards of AIR-serv, The Butcombe Group and SIS. He has also served on the boards of Deep Sea Electronics, Bloom Engineering and Brookshire.
He previously worked within Houlihan Lokey’s corporate finance division, and in PwC’s transaction services department.
