Theo joined Caledonia in 2017 and is a Director in the Private Capital team. He sits on the boards of The Butcombe Group and Conquip Engineering Group. He has also served on the boards of AIR-serv, SIS, Deep Sea Electronics, Bloom Engineering and Brookshire.
He previously worked within Houlihan Lokey’s corporate finance division, and in PwC’s transaction services department.
