Tejal joined Caledonia in November 2023 and is responsible for leading the Financial Planning & Analysis function, alongside Caledonia’s investor relations activities.
She was previously Head of FP&A at John Laing plc and Idverde Group, having started her career in audit at BDO. Tejal holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham and is a Chartered Accountant.
