Appointed Company Secretary in November 2019, Richard is responsible for ensuring Caledonia’s continued compliance with statutory, regulatory and governance requirements.
Previously, Richard spent 16 years in the company secretarial team at WS Atkins, a FTSE 250 design and engineering consultancy, the last decade of which as its Group Company Secretary until its takeover and de-listing in 2017.
He has also worked in the secretariats of GlaxoSmithKline and M&G Prudential, where he was involved in planning for the demerger and separate listing of M&G.
