Malcolm was appointed Head of Risk in March 2024 and is responsible for ensuring that Caledonia maintains and evolves its risk management framework in line with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
He has over 19 years’ experience in risk within financial services, and 32 years in the industry overall. Before joining Caledonia, Malcolm spent eight years as Head of Risk and Governance for Canada Life UK, where he developed and embedded the group’s risk framework. He has also held senior risk roles at Foresters Financial and AIG Life UK.
