Caroline joined Caledonia in 2024 as Group Financial Controller and Head of Treasury with responsibility for all aspects of financial reporting and cash and liquidity management.
She has over 20 years’ experience in finance and the asset management industry. Before joining Caledonia, Caroline was a signing director within PwC’s audit practice, working with asset management, private equity and real estate clients. During her career at PwC, she gained broad experience across audit, transactions, risk and quality, and worked with the Assurance Executive Board on strategic reviews and implementation.
Caroline holds a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds and is a Fellow of the ICAEW.
