Amy joined Caledonia in April 2022 and has over 25 years’ experience in human resources. Amy is responsible for all aspects of HR activity, including recruitment, employee engagement, EDI, learning and development, reward, organisational design, performance and talent management and wellbeing.

She holds MCIPD accreditation and multiple coaching certifications, bringing a blend of professional HR expertise and personal development facilitation to Caledonia.
