Alan joined Caledonia in 2016 and is Co-Head of Public Companies with responsibility for the Capital portfolio. This is a ~$1bn+ concentrated portfolio of high quality publicly quoted global companies with strong compounding characteristics that we hold for the long term.
Previously, he spent 14 years working across JP Morgan’s Markets business within the investment bank. He has significant multi-asset class experience across equities, fixed income, structured credit and derivatives.
Alan has a 1st class honours in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol. He speaks French, Spanish and Italian after having attended school in Belgium.
