On 25 July 2025, the company executed a 10:1 sub-division of its ordinary shares which reduced the nominal value from 5p to 0.5p. The factsheets for June 2025 and prior months are based on the number of ordinary shares in issue before 25 July 2025. The factsheets for July 2025 onwards are based on the increased number of ordinary shares in issue from 25 July 2025. This primarily impacts the net assets per share, dividends per share and share price information.
