We are pleased to announce that we have agreed to invest c.£60m in Blue Diamond Garden Centres, the UK and Channel Islands’ leading garden centre operator.
Founded in 1904, Blue Diamond has built a market-leading platform spanning gardening, home, leisure, food and hospitality, operating 54 garden centres across the UK and Channel Islands.
Our investment will support continued growth through acquisitions, investment in the existing estate and further development of the differentiated customer proposition.
The deal remains subject to approval by Blue Diamond’s shareholders and is expected to complete in early July.
