Head of Private Capital
Duncan heads up Caledonia Private Capital. This portfolio typically invests £25m-£125m in businesses across a number of sectors to deliver growth over the medium to longer term.
Before joining Caledonia, Duncan was a founding partner at mid-market private equity fund manager, RJD Partners, and previously worked at RBS Private Equity and Close Brothers Corporate Finance. He started his career at Cork Gully, the insolvency practice of Coopers and Lybrand.
Duncan is a non-executive director of Seven Investment Management, Deep Sea Electronics and Stonehage Fleming. Separately, he is an independent non-executive director of Northern Trust (Guernsey) Limited and The Gauntlet Group.
