Second Interim Dividend

The Board of Caledonia Investments plc announces that it has declared a second interim dividend for the year ending 31 March 2010 as follows:

Ex-dividend date: 24 February 2010

Record date: 26 February 2010

Payment date: 30 March 2010

Dividend per share: 24.7p

The Board believes that it is in shareholders' interests to accelerate the timing of this year's final dividend payment and therefore the second interim dividend is intended to replace the final dividend that would normally be paid in August 2010.
