CIRCULAR POSTED

Further to the announcement of 2 October 2009, Caledonia Investments plc (“Caledonia”), Gas Fin Investments S.A. and Gas Fin S.A. (the "Offerors") announce that the circular containing the full terms and conditions of the Tender Offer for TGE Marine AG (“TGE”) has today been posted to TGE shareholders and depository interest holders, together with the related tender form to shareholders.
