NAV per share at 31 Jul 2009

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that its unaudited diluted net asset value("NAV") per ordinary share as at 31 July 2009, calculated on a cum-income basis, was 1736p,after deduction of the final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2009 of 23.5p per share.
